Here's How to install a new kitchen faucet.
Grab the following materials:
· New faucet
· Adjustable wrench
· Basin wrench
· Bucket
· Rags
Removing the Old Kitchen Faucet
1. Clear the undersink area and turn off the water.
2. Disconnect the water supply lines with the adjustable wrench.
3. Use a bucket or rags to catch any water.
4. Loosen and remove the faucet nut. (A basin wrench is great for hard-to-reach areas.)
5. Remove the old faucet and cover plate.
Installing Your New Kitchen Faucet
1. Install the new cover plate and faucet.
2. Insert the faucet nut and tighten. (Some faucets come with a special tool for securing this nut.)
3. Connect the pull-out hose.
4. Connect and tighten the water supply lines.
5. Turn on the water supply lines.
6. Remove the aerator and run the water to clear the lines.
7. Re-attach the aerator and check for leaks.
8. Let the water flow!

· If the faucet you want doesn’t have the same number of mounting holes, you can consider drilling holes into the countertop to accommodate the faucet.
· Wall mount kitchen faucets require a little more attention to install. The plumbing is built into the wall and uses special drains and valves so you may want to consult an expert for this job. If you live in a colder climate, make sure the hardware is properly insulated as wall mounted faucets can be more susceptible to freezing.
